Second of all, they inform me so much I’m going back there everyday checking the website for new articles, which is pure customer satisfaction except with them they don’t want anything back except the satisfaction from you. The topics they have are browser tips, cool software, web apps, best of lists, how-to tips, windows, mac, linux, gaming, mobile apps, polls, and geeky fun. The one thing I like about this website vs other tech websites is that they don’t talk in complicated tech talk and when they do they show explanation about what they’re talking about.
