My Experience with Sony’s Online Customer Support

 

I buy a lot of Sony products because I believe that when they manufacture their products they make sure that quality is at the top of their objective.

 

Since I’m a fan, I usually visit their website to check on their latest products offers and any updates about the company. It felt like they were family.

 

I bought a Sony Bravia from one of the local electronic shops here in our area. It was working fine and is beginning to be my best pal these days however I remember when we were unpacking the unit, I read the manual and it has FAQs about how to connect bravia internet link and more. I decided to try and see how effective the online customer support will be because the toll-free number and their sales representative are both very effective. She was able to provide me with tips on how to ensure that my television will not get damaged.

 

Ever since then, I have been using the online customer support because you immediately get the response via chat. There was a time when I chatted with Jean, who assisted me on how to connect cell phone to computer for internet when I even thought it will not be possible – but she proved me wrong!
